Hours
The doors generally open 15 minutes before class. If you arrive to a locked door, please check the posted schedule. Canceled classes will be noted there. 
Preparing for Class

  • Though many people prefer to bring their own, we have yoga mats and props for you to use.
  • Wear flexible clothing that fits close to the body.
  • We practice in a warm room, between 70-75 degrees so our muscles stay warm. Dress in layers or bring a light covering for final relaxation if you tend to get chilled.
  • Having water at hand is recommended. Please avoid bringing those thin disposable plastic bottles that make crinkling sounds.
  • Yoga is a barefoot practice, so no special shoes or socks are required.
  • When possible, eat 1 to 1 1/2 hours before class, preferably a light meal or snack.
  • Arrive early enough to set up, as classes begin precisely on time.
  • ​We ask that you enter and set up quietly to help us maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
