        We can't explain how it works, but once yoga makes its
       way into your life, everything is better, brighter, and
       more joyful.

The doors generally open 30 minutes before class. If you arrive to a locked door, please check the posted schedule. Canceled classes will be noted there. Most likely, we'll be there shortly.

Preparing for Class

  • Though many people prefer to bring their own, we have yoga mats and props for you to use.
  • Wear flexible clothing that fits close to the body.
  • We practice in a warm room, between 70-75 degrees so our muscles stay warm. Dress in layers or bring a light covering for final relaxation if you tend to get chilled.
  • Having water at hand is recommended for the Power Vinyasa and Flow classes. We have filtered water, so bring a bottle from home.
  • Yoga is a barefoot practice, so no special shoes or socks are required.
  • When possible, eat 1 to 1 1/2 hours before class, preferably a light meal or snack.
  • Arrive early enough to set up, as classes begin precisely on time.
  • ​We ask that you enter and set up quietly to help us maintain a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
